俄土就敘利亞局勢達協議 CNN:美國成最大輸傢

據報道， 10月6日，美國白宮宣佈從敘利亞撤軍，並表示美國對土耳其即將進入敘北部展開的軍事行動“不支持、不參與”，美軍會撤出相關區域。
接著，10月9日，土耳其軍隊跨過邊境進入敘利亞展開“和平之泉”的作戰行動，意圖清除土敘邊境敘利亞一側的庫爾德武裝。
10月17日，土耳其與美國達成協議，土耳其暫停在敘北部軍事行動120小時，土方將在敘北部沿土敘邊界建立縱深約32公裡的“安全區”，敘庫爾德武裝從這一“安全區”撤離。
趕在停火的120小時最後倒計時結束前，土耳其與俄羅斯達成瞭本輪協議，敘利亞局勢暫時恢復瞭平靜。
