自製黃金薯餅

食材
馬鈴薯300g
鹽1/2小匙
太白粉或玉米粉1大匙

將馬鈴薯削皮後切細條後再切碎。

電鍋加入一杯水蒸熟。

趁熱加入鹽、太白粉或玉米粉拌勻。

手上戴上手套抹上少許油(防黏),將馬鈴薯用雙手壓緊後再壓成1公分厚的橢圓形。

鍋中加入適量的油,熱油鍋後以半煎炸方式來炸薯餅。

待一面呈金黃色再翻面炸另一面,不要太快翻面以免散掉。

炸好後放在廚房紙巾上吸除多餘油脂。
