酥炸大魷魚

抓住幾個小撇步在家也能享受夜市美食
酥炸大魷魚又酥又juicy喔~~~

食材 (4 人份)
魷魚3隻
薑末,蒜末各2茶匙
米酒,少許
地瓜粉適量
胡椒鹽適量

將魷魚洗淨切成適合大小~放入蒜末薑末及少許米酒,黑醋醃製去腥提鮮放入冰箱冷藏約30-1小時備用
(也可以前一晚就準備好喔)

起油鍋~油溫加熱至180度左右~將備好的魷魚沾上地瓜粉放入鍋中快速油炸

撈起炸過魷魚備用

再一次將步驟三放入油鍋中炸至金黃撈起瀝乾油份

最後灑上胡椒鹽完成
