鴨肉燉冬瓜湯

鴨翅5支
冬瓜1片
嫩薑絲1支
鴨肉丸數顆
鹽巴適量
白胡椒粉適量
作法
1 備料:冬瓜切塊、嫩薑絲、鴨翅(熱水沖淋2遍)、鴨肉丸

2 將所有食材放入內鍋,並加入冷水約7分滿,外鍋內鍋則約400cc水分開始燉煮

3 大約燉煮30分中左右,再將鴨肉丸放入繼續燉煮至電源跳起再調味即可
