南乳雞中翼

材料
雞中翼 500克
米酒 3湯匙
紫洋葱 1/2個
清水 3湯匙
葡萄籽油 1湯匙
調味
南乳 2湯匙
乾葱頭 1粒
糖 2茶匙

做法
1. 紫洋葱切幼絲,乾葱頭切粒,備用。
2. 燒熱平底鑊,加入葡萄籽油,爆香乾葱頭及紫洋葱,用中火把雞翼兩邊略煎4分鐘。
3. 下米酒及汁料炒勻,再加水煮15分鐘,即成。

Ingredients
Chicken wing – 500g
Rice wine – 3 tbsp
Red onion - 1/2 pc
Water – 3 tbsp
Grapeseed - 1 tbsp
Seasoning
Fermented tarocurd – 2 tbsp
Shallot – 1 pc
Sugar – 2 tsp
Method
1. Cut red onion into slice, dice shallot.
2. Heat grapeseed oil in casserole, sauté shallot and red onion. Pad-fry chicken wings.
3. Add rice wine and sauce mix to stir-fry well. Add water for 15 minutes.
