                                        呂慧儀與男友黃文迪（Dickson）相戀多年雖然有傳過分手，但其實是避免激嬲無綫影響事業而轉玩地下情。不過，據悉兩人最終難敵「七年之癢」，近期已經和平分手，而分手的導火線是Dickson希望與呂慧儀結婚，但女方卻不願放棄發展事業，加上慧儀愈來愈紅，與Dickson的差距亦愈來愈大，最終「逼婚」變成「逼分」。
                                                                                        06年香港小姐季軍呂慧儀，入行前任職模特兒期間認識男友黃文迪，兩人拍拖長達七年之久，相戀期間更互相支持先後加入娛樂圈，可惜最終仍難敵七年之癢，分手收場。
                                                                                                                    呂慧儀藉選美入行，之後星途一帆風順，獲無綫重用給予不少機會，在劇集《原來愛上賊》中的「長腳蟹」角色更是她的「響朵作」，早前更跳入大銀幕拍住影帝黃秋生參演電影《Laughing Gor之變節》。

              [/td]                                                                                      [/tr]                [/table]                                                                                                                                                    差距愈來愈大                相反Dickson的事業發展並不如意，參加「香港先生」競選大熱倒灶，在女友鼓勵下Dickson簽約為無綫藝員希望創一番事業，詎料加入無綫後卻被投閒置散。慧儀與Dickson在事業發展上的差距愈來愈大，因而令兩人製造不少摩擦。
                                                                                                                                                                    聚少離多亦是兩人感情生變的原因之一，呂慧儀早前被發現與組合Square成員Brian撐枱腳傾訴，而Dickson則陪「中女」逛寵物店，兩人各有各精彩。
                                                                                                                                                                    不過，為這段七年情正式畫上句號的主因，並不是有「第三者」出現，據悉Dickson希望挽救這段感情，曾向呂慧儀提出結婚要求，但女方卻覺得事業正發展得有聲有色，不願因此斷送美好前程，兩人在結婚問題上意見嚴重分歧，最終協議和平分手，「逼婚」變成「逼分」。

              [/td]                                                                                      [/tr]                [/table]                                                                                                                                                    不再是好朋友                其實呂慧儀與Dickson的「情變」早前已露玄機，拍攝《Laughing Gor之變節》時，呂慧儀與Dickson同場開工亦未見有任何交流，而慧儀早前撞車也未見Dickson現身慰問；到最近電影上映，兩人出席首映時更拒絕合照。
                                                                                                                                                                    正在拍攝劇集《女王辦公室》的呂慧儀接受電話訪問時，被問到與Dickson是否已經分手？她默認說：「同Dickson嘅關係以前係『好朋友』，依家就係『朋友』，講完！」追問她是否因結婚問題而分手？慧儀說：「依家事業發展得好好，公司又畀咗好多機會我，呢幾年都冇結婚打算。」而Dickson則在截稿前仍未能取得聯絡。
